Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes towards your service total. Reschedules made before 24 hours will retain the deposit for a future booking.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please cancel within 24 hours after receiving reminder, email or text. If you do not cancel within the schedule timeframe, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required for a new reservation.
LATE ARRIVALS: A 10 minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
NO SHOW: No call. No show. No new reservation. Your card on file will be charged 100% of your reservation.
SATURDAY SERVICE: All reservations made on Saturday must be paid in full when reserving for this day.
CLIENT AGE POLICY: I provide services to clients age of 16 and up. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their first appointment to sign a parental consent form. Valid ID is required at the time of service to verify age when necessary.
NO EXTRA GUEST: For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests or allowed unless being serviced.
